Refund policy

At PurpleTales, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Digital products, such as downloadable content, are not eligible for returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by PurpleTales.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info @ purpletales.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs for the original order and the return shipping will not be refunded. If you received free shipping, the cost of the original shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info @ purpletales.com with details.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (digital goods)
  • Custom or personalised items

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to officially post.
